Hugues Durocher was literally born on the river. The son of a lighthouse keeper, his life has evolved with the tides and seasons. Captain for over 20 years in the region of Les Bergeronnes, nowadays he takes you offshore with Essipit Cruises. Go out on his boat and enjoy encounters with whales and learn more about the bonds between Hugues and the river and its behemoths.
