Because today we\u2019ll be timing our work according to the tides! <\/span><\/p>\n<p>We meet up with our captain Simon, who is waiting for us aboard <em>L\u2019Alliance<\/em> with a nice pitcher of freshly brewed coffee. First destination: Cap de la T\u00eate au Chien off the coast of Charlevoix.
