Indeed, these warm waters are the meeting place for right whales to reproduce and give birth.<\/p>\n<p>This festival offers the public an opportunity to learn more about the lives of these <a href=\"http:\/\/baleinesendirect.org\/en\/whales-at-risk\/recovery-strategies\/north-atlantic-right-whale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">large threatened whales<\/a> and the risks they face such as collisions and entanglement in fishing gear.
